} Free Translation

If it is the first time that you contact us, you may require us to have a trial translation in order to evaluate our translation quality before our initial cooperation. The following requirements must be met:

·   The total characters for trial/free translation shall be no more than 200;

·   For the document with 200-500 Chinese characters, 50% of the fee for the excessive amount shall be paid;

·   For the document with 500-1000 Chinese characters, 70% of the fee for the excessive amount shall be paid;

·   For the document with over 1000 Chinese characters, we will not take it for free/trial translation; and

·   Special trial translation shall be handled in specific ways.

} Same-day delivery   

If your document is urgent but not short, we can offer the same-day delivery service, with the details as follows:

·   The total characters for translation shall be no more than 500;

·   You do not need to pay extra fees;

·   We will timely allocate our resources and process your assignment at our earliest convenient time;

·   If the total characters are between 500-2000, we will recommend you to allow for next-day delivery;

·   If the total characters for translation are over 500 and requires for the same-day delivery, we shall consider charging extra fees for urgency according to the specific case.

} Next-day delivery    

If your document is urgent but very long, we can offer the next-day delivery service, with the details as follows:

·   The total characters for translation shall be no more than 2000;

·   You do not need to pay extra fees;

·   The translation is delivered within 24 hours;

·   We will process your assignment with flexible allocation of our resources;

·   If the total characters are between 2000-5000, we will recommend you to allow for postponed delivery;

·   If the total characters for translation are over 2000 and requires for the next-day delivery, we shall consider charging extra fees for urgency according to the specific case.
